Competition platform

Run your competition business from one platform.

Competitions, entries, games, wallets, draws, winners, players, compliance and growth share one operator dashboard and one set of records, so nothing has to be reconciled between systems.

Operator dashboard

Every number has one definition.

Sales, entries, top-ups, withdrawals and conversion are read from the same ledger and counters the platform runs on. Responsible-play indicators sit beside revenue, reported and never optimised.

Competition lifecycle
Draft, review, schedule, go live, close and draw. Publishing runs the rule checks for the legal model you declare, and material edits to a live competition go through a versioned, audited amendment path.
Entries and ticketing
Every ticket is allocated inside a transaction with a uniqueness guarantee, so a ticket number can never be sold twice. Paid and free entries are weighted identically in the draw.
Wallet and ledger
An append-only ledger is the only record of money. Balances are rebuilt from it, corrections are compensating entries, and financial history is never deleted.
Players
Accounts, age declaration, verification status, spend limits, pauses and account history, with the fraud and player-protection desks beside them.
Draws and winners
Draws run on the server and are recorded. Winners are verified before a prize can be marked claimed, and results publish to the winners page.
Team access
Invite staff by email with a role. Owners and administrators confirm a second factor before any staff page opens, and every change to the team is audited.

Launch

A launch you can see coming.

The launch gate is a short list of facts, not a meeting. Each check links to the desk that clears it, and a guided setup keeps the next step in front of you until the site is live.

  • A paid plan and a verified custom domain
  • Your own payment provider, connected and active
  • Business checks reviewed and approved
  • Optional: a published competition and your analytics connected

Guided from the first sign-in

Eight steps in two phases: build for free, then open to players. Progress is read from your real data, so the guide can never disagree with the desks it links to.

Architecture

Built as a platform, not a site with plugins.

Tenant isolation
Every operator record carries its tenant, and the database itself enforces the boundary with row-level security on every tenant-owned table.
Idempotent money operations
Every financial endpoint requires an idempotency key backed by a uniqueness constraint, so a retried request cannot charge or credit twice.
Server-decided outcomes
Games and draws are decided on the server. The browser shows a result; it never chooses one.
Provider independence
Payments, verification and messaging sit behind adapters, so the core of your business is not welded to one supplier.

Questions

What operators ask first.

Does PrizeHQ hold my players' money?

No. Player payments use the payment provider you connect, under your own merchant relationship. PrizeHQ bills you separately for the software.

Can I see the platform before paying?

Yes. Build Mode is free: you get a private staging site with sandbox payments and can build the whole business before choosing a plan.

What happens if I leave?

Your domain, merchant account, analytics accounts and customer relationships are yours throughout. Financial and audit history is retained as the law requires.
